Vinix Biopharma is a bulk pharmaceutical wholesaler and exporter based in Mumbai, India. We supply finished formulations in wholesale and full-cargo quantities to importers, distributors, hospital groups, pharmacy chains and government tender agents across Latin America, Africa, the CIS, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

We supply registered businesses only. Every consignment is released against a buyer who holds the wholesale or import licence, and any product-specific permits, required in their own market.

What We Supply in Bulk

Our supply range covers more than 1,000 formulations across tablets, capsules, injectables, oral liquids, creams, ophthalmic solutions and sachets. The therapeutic areas we ship most often in bulk are:

  • Anti-infectives — antibiotics, antimalarials, antifungals, antivirals
  • Diabetology — metformin combinations, gliptins, SGLT2 inhibitors
  • Oncology and supportive care, including cold-chain lines
  • Cardiovascular and lipid management
  • Gastroenterology, urology, gynaecology and dermatology
  • Neurology and psychiatry
  • Nutraceuticals and vitamins

Products are manufactured by GMP-certified Indian facilities. Where you need a specific molecule, strength or pack presentation that is not in our standing range, send the specification — most requirements can be sourced or produced to order with a 30 to 45 day manufacturing lead time.

How Buyers Order

Wholesale consignments

Standard wholesale orders combine multiple SKUs into one consolidated shipment. This is how most distributors and pharmacy chains buy from us — enough depth to stock a catalogue without committing to a full container per product.

Bulk cargo shipments

For high-volume single-molecule requirements we ship bulk cargo consignments by sea or air freight, quoted on FOB, CIF or CIP terms depending on your preference and destination port.

Institutional and government tenders

We support hospital procurement teams and tender agents with the documentation packages tenders ask for: CTD dossiers, GMP certificates, Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product, Free Sale Certificates, batch Certificates of Analysis and stability data. Send the tender document at enquiry stage and we will confirm which lines we can quote before the submission deadline.

Named patient supply

We also act as a named patient medicines supplier, sourcing specific products for individual patients where a treating physician has prescribed a medicine that is unavailable or unregistered in the patient’s country. These orders are handled against the prescription and the import authorisation obtained by the importing pharmacy or hospital.

Quality and Export Documentation

Documentation is where most pharmaceutical consignments get delayed at customs. Every shipment leaves us with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis as standard. On request we provide:

  • GMP certificate for the manufacturing site
  • Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP), WHO format
  • Free Sale Certificate
  • CTD-format dossiers for product registration
  • Stability data and method of analysis
  • Manufacturing licence copies and legalised or apostilled documents where your regulator requires them

Our products are manufactured to IP, BP, USP or EP specifications, aligned with the registration requirements of ANVISA (Brazil), COFEPRIS (Mexico), INVIMA (Colombia), ANMAT (Argentina), DIGEMID (Peru), NAFDAC (Nigeria), PPB (Kenya), SAHPRA (South Africa), EDA (Egypt) and the Philippines FDA.

Packing, Cold Chain and Logistics

Consignments are packed in export-grade cartons with batch number, manufacturing date and expiry printed on every strip, vial and carton. Shelf life at dispatch is normally 18 to 24 months; tell us your minimum acceptable remaining shelf life at enquiry stage and we will confirm before dispatch rather than after.

Temperature-sensitive products ship under validated cold chain with data logger monitoring. We handle air freight, sea freight and courier consignments, and can ship under neutral packing where you do not want the supplier identified to your onward customer.

Markets We Serve

We quote regularly for buyers in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Russia and the CIS, the UAE, the Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Import rules differ in every one of these markets. Some products need prior registration, some need an import permit per consignment, and some cannot be shipped at all. Tell us the destination country when you enquire and we will tell you what is feasible before you commit to anything.

Requesting a Quotation

To get a firm quotation quickly, send us:

  • Product name or molecule, strength and dosage form
  • Quantity required and expected reorder frequency
  • Destination country and port
  • Preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF or CIP)
  • Any registration or documentation requirements you already know about
  • Your licence details, so we can confirm eligibility

We respond to bulk enquiries with pricing, lead time and a documentation list. If you need order-by-order fulfilment shipped directly to your own customers rather than bulk consignments, our pharmacy dropshipping service is the better fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale supply?

There is no single MOQ — it depends on the product, the pack size and the destination. Fast-moving generics can start from a few hundred boxes; made-to-order and cold-chain lines carry higher minimums. Send your requirement and we will quote the realistic minimum for that specific line.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are an exporter and wholesaler. Products are manufactured by our GMP-certified partner facilities in India, and each product page on this site names the manufacturer for that formulation, so you always know whose batch you are buying.

Can you supply products that are not registered in my country?

Only where your regulator permits it — for example under a named patient authorisation or a specific import permit. We will not ship a product into a market where its supply would be unlawful, and we will say so at enquiry stage rather than after you have paid.

Do you handle product registration in my market?

We supply the dossier and documentation package; the registration application itself is filed by you or your local regulatory agent, since most regulators require the applicant to be a locally registered entity.

What payment terms do you offer?

Terms are agreed per order and typically involve advance payment or a letter of credit for first-time buyers, with more flexible terms available once a supply relationship is established.

How long does a bulk order take?

Stock lines dispatch in about 7 to 15 days after order confirmation and documentation clearance. Made-to-order manufacturing runs 30 to 45 days. Transit time depends on destination and freight mode.

Can you ship under our brand or neutral packing?

Yes. We offer private label manufacturing and neutral packing, subject to minimum batch quantities and the labelling rules of your destination market.

Who can open a wholesale account?

Licensed importers, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy chains, hospitals and tender agents. We do not supply individuals or unlicensed buyers.

Vinix Biopharma supplies licensed businesses only and does not sell medicines to members of the public. Buyers are responsible for holding the import authorisation, wholesale licence and prescription requirements applicable in their own market. Product availability and registration requirements vary by country.
